Welcome back and Happy New Year! This week on Dinner Divas, we are getting back into the swing of things after a crazy holiday season. We took a week off while we were all celebrating, but with the arrival of the new year, we are back on track. It was a wonderful few weeks of celebrating (and INDULGING!) with friends and family but now we are returning to our normal routines and that means planning for DINNER. Like most of the country, we seem to be in a deep freeze which leaves us craving comfort food. On the other hand, many of us have that “eat healthier” resolution for the 3,592 time. At least it feels like that many times. So, let’s get to the meal plan.

Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will show up in your email. It will consist of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans will feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare.
