Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan is back with the flavors of fall. From soup to casseroles and even chicken wings that would be perfect for game day, we’ve got it all. Planning your menu doesn’t have to be a chore, let us handle it. We hope you love this week’s offerings as much as we do!
Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new meal plan will show up in your email. It will consist of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans will feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.
ON THE MENU:
First up this week is my WINTER VEGETABLE SOUP. I made crispy vegetable “croutons” as a garnish to give it some texture. This soup is fancy enough for holidays or company, but it’s a snap to make!
Next this week is Slow Cooker BBQ Pork from Comfortably Domestic. Perfect for a Tuesday. I always find that they are harder for me than Mondays.
Our midweek meal is Ballymaloe Irish Stew from Pastry Chef Online. Perfect for cool winter evenings.
Girl in the Little Red Kitchen has Kung Pao Chicken Wings this week. I am absolutely making these. They look amazing!
Finally, we end the week with this Sausage and Spaghetti Bake from The Chef Next Door. Casseroles are perfect for the end of the week when your energy is depleted.
Now, we’re on to the extras. This week, there is a gorgeous fall salad and a sweet treat! Let’s get to it.
Autumn Panzanella Salad from Girl in the Little Red Kitchen is absolutely perfect. It is beautiful, full of in season veggies and so delicious.
Last, but not least, we have The Best Quick Hot Fudge Sauce from Pastry Chef Online. I want to pour this on everything.
Thank you for stopping by! I hope you try some of the recipes this week. If you do, don’t forget to snap a pic and tag @pookspantry on Facebook or Instagram!
