Weekly Meal Plan 153
This week we are sharing a few easy recipes that you can make from pantry staples and a couple of recipes that can be easily adapted for what you have on hand already.
Keep in mind that everyone’s pantry is different. Most of us have the same basics, but what I consider a pantry staple might look different to you and vice versa.
For example, let’s look at the one pan chicken sausage recipe. The recipe calls for chicken sausage, but you only have Italian sausage. That’s ok! Use it. The recipe also calls for cabbage (which you might have leftover from Tuesday) and onions.
The recipe also uses butternut squash and sweet potatoes. Well, I have sweet potatoes, but no squash. No big deal, I’ll swap it out for bell peppers or broccoli! The point is, use whatever you have. Recipes aren’t written in stone.
Use them as a “jumping off point”, mix and match what you have with what the recipe calls for. You might end up with something even more delicious 😉
