Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan: Week 100

Cheers to the 100th menu plan from The Dinner Divas. I can hardly believe we have been doing this for almost two years. I’m so excited to bring you our one hundredth weekly menu plan and I thank you from the bottom of my heart, for coming along with us on this journey.

Our 100th Menu Plan!

Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plan features quick and easy recipes. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead.

Make sure you are subscribed so you never miss a recipe! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.

Meal Plan 100:

This week, we wanted to share with you our most popular recipes. Most of us have been doing this for a very long time now, so our popular recipes could be filed under “oldies but goodies”.  Both of the recipes I have this week fall into that category. They are old recipes that have been updated with newer photos or I’ve tweaked the recipe a bit. We hope you enjoy our most popular recipes this week and if you love it, don’t forget to leave a comment on this post!

monday textThe first Diva this week is Pastry Chef Online. Her Penne with Vodka Sauce is a big hit on her blog for a reason. Jenni walks you through making a basic vodka sauce from scratch in this recipe. (Spoiler alert: it is super easy)penne with vodka sauce on green plate

tuesday textNext is Cajun Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo from Comfortably Domestic. The cajun spin on this classic pasta dish a delicious. This would make a great dinner any night and it would be perfect for having friends over for dinner.chicken fettuccine alfredo in white bowl

wednesday textFrench Onion Bruschetta from The Speckled Palate is next on the menu plan. Toasted bread piled with delicious toppings and a glass of red wine is literally my ideal dinner. If you like French Onion Soup, this has your name all over it. Make a batch this week for a light supper.french onion bruschetta on a white platter

thursday textPastry Chef Online is back again for a second time this week with her Instant Pot Crack Chicken. This is a creamy, Mexican-style, keto, shredded chicken recipe. You can use it to make lettuce wraps or put on top of vegetables. Made in the Instant Pot, it cooks quickly and makes quite a bit of chicken for the week ahead.creamy mexican chicken in colorful bowl

friday textFinally, we wrap up the week with Veggie Cakes from Pook’s Pantry. This is rather serendipitous timing, considering that I gave up meat for Lent. I do believe I will be making a batch of these veggie cakes this week and tucking a few into the freezer for the week after. Do the work once and benefit twice. This is the motto in my kitchen.stacked veggie cakes on white background

First on the extras this week is Comfortably Domestic. Her Milk Chocolate Buttercream Frosting is one of those recipes that you should commit to memory. It can be used for everything from white to chocolate cakes or cupcakes, filling sandwich cookies or topping a pan of brownies.bowl of chocolate frosting with beaters

Finally, the last recipe this week is Devil’s Food Cupcakes with Mint Buttercream from Pook’s Pantry. If you are a fan of chocolate mint, these are the cupcakes for you. They are one of my all time favorites and they are perfect for St.Patrick’s day, which is just around the corner!
