Dinner Divas has another flavor-packed menu, perfect for weeknight meals. Do you struggle with figuring out what to make for dinner during the week? We are here to help. We understand how difficult it can be to come up with new ideas for dinner, trying to get yourself out of the rut that we all find ourselves in sometimes. That’s why I created the Dinner Divas. Each week, we share different dinner recipes with you to help you come up with a new menu plan for the week ahead.
Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plan features quick and easy recipes. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead.
Make sure you are subscribed so you never miss a recipe! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.
Dinner Divas Menu 101
We are kicking things off this week with a fantastic 30 minute meal from Pook’s Pantry. Mediterranean Baked Chicken Meatballs make a quick and easy dinner any night of the week. Everything is mixed up in one bowl and there is no chopping needed, making it a great dinner to start the week.
Next up is Comfortably Domestic’s Slow Cooker Chicken Andouille Beans and Rice. A little bit of prep the night before or in the morning and the slow cooker does the work for you. That’s the kind of meal I want during during weeknights.
Hummus pinwheels with spinach and feta from Pastry Chef Online are a fun, easy dinner option. I would also make these for a game day and serve them as appetizers to snack on while having a drink or two!
Grilled Chicken Shawarma from The Speckled Palate is next on dinner divas this week. It is officially spring and while the weather may not be cooperating where you live right now, it will soon be grilling season and these make a delicious dinner.
I am back to wrap up the week with my Pork Burger with Hatch Chilies. If you love a delicious burger with a bit of heat, this is the burger for you. Ground pork makes a juicy patty that is so flavorful. Topped with melted cheese and pickled red onions, this burger has everything you want between two buns.
This week, the dinner divas have brought their “A” game. We have two amazing extras to share with you. First up is Pastry Chef Online’s Butterscotch Cake. This is a butterscotch lover’s dream come true.
Next is a Strawberry Moscow Mule from The Speckled Palate. Keeping right in line with my strawberry drinks coming at you all month, I can add another one to the list! We seem to be on the same wavelength!
