Dinner Divas weekly menu plan is back to help you plan dinner for the week. We all struggle with getting dinner on the table, so we’re here to help. Each week, we bring you new recipes that are quick and easy so you can get dinner done. No more standing in front of the fridge wondering what you’re going to cook. We’ve got you covered!

Week 102

Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plan features quick and easy recipes. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead.

Make sure you are subscribed so you never miss a recipe! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.

Dinner Divas Weekly Menu 102

monday text We are starting our week with Chicken and Zucchini Enchiladas from The Speckled Palate. These enchiladas would be a great way to kick off the week. That enchilada sauce looks so good!three enchiladas on a plate with red sauce

tuesday textNext up is Sweet and Spicy Slow Cooker Chicken from Pook’s Pantry. This was a guest post on my blog a couple of years ago. It is full of flavor with ginger, soy and pepper sauce. The best part about this recipe is everything is chucked into the slow cooker and you can go relax while it does the work for you.

wednesday textComfortably Domestic has 30 minute Cornmeal Pizza Dough and a few ideas of how you can use it.  Make a double batch and freeze some for those nights when you’re running low on energy.

thursday textPastry Chef Online has a fantastic low carb dinner for us. Her Low Carb Lasagna is made with cauliflower instead of pasta, making it perfect for those following a keto diet.

friday textFinally, we end the week with The Speckled Palate’s Corn Dog Mini Muffins. If you have little ones in the house, this is a great option for small hands. I would totally serve these for a game day.

The Dinner Divas always bring fantastic goodies to the party and this week is no exception. The first extra this week is a Strawberry Spritzer from Pook’s Pantry. This drink only has a handful of ingredients, it’s light and refreshing. It is the perfect summer sipper.

The last recipe this week is this Salted Caramel Chocolate Tart from Comfortably Domestic. This tart is so decadent, plus it is absolutely gorgeous. You can’t go wrong with this one.
