Dinner doesn’t have to be stressful. We have a plan! This week, we have some incredible recipes to share with you. We are finally transitioning from summer to fall, which means that it’s still warm outside, but we are ready for pumpkin and apples. This week’s recipes reflect just that. We have a No Bake Blueberry Swirl Cheesecake and Turkey Chili. The best of both worlds!
How it works: Every Friday morning, a new meal plan will show up in your email. It will consist of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans will feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.
Let’s Make a Plan!
We begin the week with a 30 minute meal from Comfortably Domestic. Her Lemon Butter Chicken is the perfect dish to ease into the work week.
Next up this week is Pastry Chef Online’s Chings, Junior Style. A few years ago, I was visiting with Jenni and her Beloved. We went to Chings and had these. I must tell you, they are quite good!
The Girl in the Little Red Kitchen brings Asian Rice Bowls with Honey Soy Pork Tenderloin for our midweek meal. This looks delicious!
This week, The Chef Next Door made Chicken Fajita Pasta for us! Quick, easy and so good!
Finally, it’s my Turkey Chili. I absolutely LOVE this recipe. It’s a little spicy, packed with veggies and so good that I always end up eating more than one bowl. It’s finally football season, so make an EXTRA large batch and serve it the next day. You know that chili is even better the next day, right?
Now, on to the good stuff 🙂 This week, we have two sweets. Remember when I said we are at that point where we are craving fall, but it’s still summer? This week’s desserts are exactly that. One is summer and the other fall, because it’s still 90 degrees here.
Let’s start with my Blueberry Swirl No Bake Cheesecake Bars. These are so easy, and if you prep a few things beforehand, they are in the refrigerator chilling in record time!
Finally, we end with a delicious fall treat from Comfortably Domestic. Her Apple Pie Angel Biscuits are on deck for my Thanksgiving morning treat!
Thanks for spending some of your day with me! See you next week for a brand new menu plan!
