Weekly menu plans can be a lifesaver for the busy lives we lead. Something as simple as dinner can be stressful when you are standing in the kitchen at 5pm, hungry and tired. That’s why I created the Dinner Divas. We bring you seasonal recipes that aren’t too complicated or time consuming so that you can make a weekly plan. Trust me, you are not alone in the struggle. I go to these menus for inspiration too!
How it works: Every Friday morning, a new meal plan will show up in your email. It will consist of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans will feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.
WEEKLY MENU PLAN:
Start off the week with this Cheddar Beer Soup from The Chef Next Door.
Next up this week is my Honey Chipotle Salmon. It is incredibly easy and quick. Perfect for a midweek dinner.
The third recipe this week is from Comfortably Domestic. Her Apple Cider Pork Chops are just what I’m craving.
Next up is this Sweet & Spicy Marinated London Broil from Pastry Chef Online. This looks so delicious, I am putting it on my menu!
Finally, we wrap it up with The Girl in the Little Red Kitchen’s Rigatoni with Escarole, White Beans and Prosciutto. A great way to usher in the weekend!
Now, on to the EXTRAS! This week, we have a libation that I must say is Very Tasty and a yummy little snack!
This Restaurant-Style Bloody Mary is seriously the BEST Bloody Mary I’ve ever had… and I’ve had quite a few. Sometimes they are too spicy, sometimes too watery, too much horseradish, not enough of something else. This one has a few little surprise ingredients that make it dangerously good.
Lastly, is this yummy Puppy Chow Popcorn from Chef Next Door. Your next movie night just got yummier.
Thank you for stopping by! See you soon with more recipes!
