Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan: Week 24

Dinner. Trying to figure out what to make can be a challenge. The Dinner Divas are here to help! We understand that everyone gets into a dinner rut and needs a little inspiration. I can’t believe we are officially into the Fall Season! Now, if the temps would reflect that, I’d be ever so grateful.

How it works: Every Friday morning, a new meal plan will show up in your email. It will consist of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans will feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.

We start off the week with this Honey Baked Chicken from Girl in the Little Red Kitchen.  It’s a great way to ease back into the work week.

Slow Cooker Spicy Posole Verde from the Chef Next Door is a no effort meal.  Put everything into the crock pot and come home to dinner!

Next up is my Instant Pot Shiner Beer Beef Chili.  Because it’s made in the Instant Pot, it cooks in record time.  This is great for midweek when time and energy are in short supply.  I also love this recipe for the weekend.  We are in football season and this feeds a crowd.

The next item on this week’s menu is Comfortably Domestic’s Slow Cooker Chicken and Wild Rice Soup.  Another lifesaver for busy schedules!

Finally, we end with Grandma Pizza with Vodka Sauce from Pastry Chef Online. Friday night is pizza night and this one looks delicious!

At last, we get to the sweet treats this week!

This Bourbon Chai Pumpkin Snack Cake from Girl in the Little Red Kitchen has my name all over it.  She had me at bourbon.

Whether you make these for breakfast or as a treat, these Pumpkin Churro Waffles from Comfortably Domestic will make you Very Happy.

See you next week for more delicious recipes and another menu plan!
