Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan brings you lots of Fall flavors and quick, easy dinner solutions. Whether you enjoy one pan meals, or sheet pan dinners, we have it all this week.
How it works: Every Friday morning, a new meal plan will show up in your email. It will consist of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans will feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.
Let’s Make Dinner!
Begin the week with this super tasty Vegan Creole White Beans and Rice from Pastry Chef Online. If you are trying to do “Meatless Monday”, this is a fantastic option. If not, throw in a little sausage!
Next is Sheet Pan Salmon with Garam Masala Squash and Cauliflower from The Girl in the Little Red Kitchen. This is a fantastic weeknight meal with very little clean up!
Apple Pecan Chicken Salad is our midweek meal from Chef Next Door. Make a double batch, so you have enough for lunch!
One Pan Chicken Sausage and Fall Vegetables is my go-to dinner when I’m running short on time and energy. It is also delicious, full of nutritious veggies and makes an excellent lunch the next day. Use this as a template, change out the vegetables for a little variety. I like using apples, different cabbages, rutabaga, etc. In the warmer months, swap out for green vegetables!
Finally, we finish the week with Comfortably Domestic’s Pear and Caramelized Onion Flatbread. Friday is pizza night and I think this flatbread is an excellent choice!
Now, onto the extras!
We have two breakfast offerings this week. First up is this gorgeous Apple Cider Doughnut French Toast Casserole from Pastry Chef Online. This would be perfect for thanksgiving morning!
Finally, we wrap it up with Pumpkin Spice Granola from Chef Next Door. Perfect for sprinkling on a bit of yogurt.
Thanks so much for stopping by, we’ll see you next week for more dinner ideas.
