Menu plans can be a drag, but the Dinner Divas are back to get you through the week. We are in the middle of the holiday season and now, more than ever, we all need a little help. This week’s menu features a few recipes that could get you through holiday entertaining as well as midweek dinners.
Make sure you are subscribed so you don’t miss a single recipe!
Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will show up in your email. It will consist of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans will feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.
We begin the week with Pastry Chef Online’s Muhammara. This is a Middle Eastern Walnut Dip, perfect for Meatless Monday as a light dinner. I think I might serve this as a party nibble!
Next up is Baked Eggs in Mini Bell Pepper Cups. I love this recipe for “Breakfast for Dinner” or for weekend brunches. It’s a great breakfast to serve for your holiday morning, because everyone can help themselves and you know how much I love that.
Our midweek meal is a Seafood Bisque from Chef Next Door. Perfect for this chilly weather!
Next up we have my Oven Roasted Potatoes with Herbed Pecans and Honey Mustard Pecan Dressing. This would be a great side for your holiday dinner. Potatoes and Pecans might not sound like a match made in heaven, but trust me, it’s delicious.
Finally, we wrap up the week with Slow Cooker Garlic Pork Roast from Comfortably Domestic. Perfect meal to end a busy week, just turn on the crock pot in the morning and have dinner ready in the evening.
This week, we have TWO beautiful cakes. I don’t know which one I want to make first!
This gorgeous cake is from Pastry Chef Online. It is her Vegan Chocolate Christmas Cake. Isn’t it just lovely?
Finally, we wrap up with Chef Next Door’s Eggnog Bundt Cake.
Thank you for spending time with us this week! See you next week with more NEW recipes!
