Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan: Week 36

dinner divas

Dinner Divas is back with another fantastic menu.  The holidays are *almost* over, but we have a few fun holiday recipes and a few dinner options to help keep you sane during this busy time of the year.

Make sure you are subscribed so you don’t miss a single recipe!

Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will show up in your email. It will consist of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans will feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.

We begin our week with Comfortably Domestic’s Southwest Cheddar Chicken Spread.  This would be the perfect appetizer for holiday parties, football parties or  New Year’s Eve.

Next up are these delicious Spicy Pepperoni Pinwheels from Pastry Chef Online.   Again, these would be perfect for football parties or any gathering.  Super Bowl food, anyone?

During this crazy time of the year, we need a few quick dinners. This One Pan Chicken Sausage and Fall Vegetables is one of the tastiest things I’ve made.  It’s also incredibly easy and fast, making it a total win in my book.

This Skillet Chicken Parmesan from the Chef Next Door is a great weeknight meal.  Comfort food for sure.

Finally, we are wrapping up the week with my Stuffed Hubbard Squash with Kale and Wild Rice.  This is a vegan recipe, but I’ve added sweet Italian sausage to the mix as well and it is delicious!

This week, the Dinner Divas are bringing two holiday desserts.  First up is my Cranberry Pistachio Holiday Biscotti.  This is great for cookie exchanges because they have a good shelf life, so you can make them a day or two ahead.  And, who couldn’t use a little extra time right now?

Finally, we end the week with these adorable  Peppermint Patty Cupcakes from Comfortably Domestic.  I absolutely love the curled candy cane garnish on these little beauties.  They would be the hit of any party.

Thank you for spending a little time with me today!  Have a wonderful weekend and Happy Holidays!
