Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan: Week 39

Welcome back to another week of the Dinner Divas Weekly Menu. This week, we have a couple of midweek recipes that are quick and easy.  We also have a couple of items that would be perfect for parties or make ahead meal ideas.   This time of the year, we are all still trying to stick to our intentions for healthier eating, but that doesn’t mean denying yourself a nutritious meal or the occasional indulgence.  Let’s take a peak at what we have this week.

Make sure you are subscribed so you don’t miss a single recipe!

Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will show up in your email. It will consist of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans will feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.

THE WEEKLY MENU:

This week, we begin with Slow Roasted Salmon with Citrus, Fennel and Avocado from Girl in the Little Red Kitchen.  If eating better was one of your intentions this year, this is a great place to start.

Next up are these Beer Braised Brisket Sandwiches from The Chef Next Door.  Perfect for a midweek meal.

Now, we get to my recipe.  This Patatas Bravas Hash Brown Crust Pizza is one of the BEST things I’ve made recently.  It was so delicious and it will be perfect for Super Bowl eats.
Weekly Menu - Pizza

Milk-Braised Chicken from Comfortably Domestic is a comforting meal any day of the week.

The last recipe on our weekly menu is Fried Chicken Cutlets with Herb Gravy from Pastry Chef Online.  This is the epitome of comfort food.

Chocolate Cashew Energy Bites from Girl in the Little Red Kitchen are the perfect workout nibble.

Gluten-free Egg-free Brownies from Comfortably Domestic are a great sweet treat.

Thank you for spending part of your day with me.  See you next week with a new recipe!
