Welcome back to Dinner Divas. I am so excited about our menu this week. It is full of so many delicious dinners. Comfort food, easy weeknight meals and gorgeous desserts. The Dinner Divas have put together a fantastic week of recipes for you.

Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will show up in your email. It will consist of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans will feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. First up this week is Pastry Chef Online’s perfect Meatless Monday meal: Paneer Tikka Masala with homemade paneer.
Next this week is One Pot Chicken Pasta with Creamy Sun Dried Tomato Sauce. This meal is super simple and takes about 30 minutes. With only one pan to wash, that’s a win all around.
Our midweek meal is Smoky Chipotle Beef Chili from the Chef Next Door.
Next up is my Sausage and Peppers Burger. It’s one of your favorite street food treats wrapped up in burger form. This patty is full of flavor!
Last up this week is one of my personal favorites from Comfortably Domestic: Baked Chicken Parmesan. This dish makes me think of late-night dinners at the diner in Brooklyn.
This week we have two fabulous desserts. The first one is Blueberry Lemongrass Pound Cake from Pastry Chef Online.
Last, but not least are these Gingerbread Cupcakes with Orange Buttercream Frosting from The Chef Next Door.
