Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan: Week 41

week 41
Welcome to week 41 of Dinner Divas! I can’t believe we’ve been doing this for 10 months already.   This week’s menu has tacos, seafood, burgers and pie. What else could you ask for?!  I can’t wait to dig in.  We hope you enjoy the week 41 menu.

Make sure you are subscribed so you don’t miss a single recipe!

Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will show up in your email. It will consist of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans will feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.

DINNER DIVAS WEEK 41:

Starting of the week is Comfortably Domestic’s Son #1’s Soon to be Famous Chili.  I love that her eldest has his own recipe.

Next up on this week’s menu is Pastry Chef Online’s Beef Cheek and Cabbage Tacos.   The tacos need a long braise, so the best way to make these quickly during the week is by using an INSTANT POT.  I use mine all the time for cooking tough cuts of meat, it makes them fork tender in 30 minutes flat.
week 41

Our midweek meal has my mouth watering.  Smashed Double Bacon Cheeseburgers look so tasty, I want to smash it into my mouth.

Chuckwagon Beef Stew is a hearty, comforting dinner for the chilly winter months.

Finally, we are at the end of our week.  My Gambas al Ajillo (or Garlic Shrimp) are the perfect “Date Night” dinner or quick dinner at the end of the week when you have no more energy left.  Shrimp cook in less than 10 minutes, it’s low carb and packed with protein and healthy fats.  It also makes a great appetizer for parties. You can’t go wrong here.

Now, we move onto the “extras”.  This week, we have two delicious offerings, let’s check it out!

First up is my Sunshine Citrus Cooler.  This non-alcoholic beverage is the perfect “mocktail” for sipping.  It has plenty of vitamin C, which is great for cold and flu season, but the best part of this drink is how it tastes.  It is so delicious, I drank a full quart of it because it is that good.

Last but not least, is a gorgeous Banana Cream Pie with Chocolate Crust.  This pie makes me swoon with delight.

Thank you for joining us, we’ll see you next week with another fantastic meal plan.
