Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan: Week 49

weekly menu plan 49
Welcome back to another weekly menu plan from the Dinner Divas.  This week, we have drinks, breakfast, burgers & satay.  So many options for delicious dinner this week.

Make sure you are subscribed so you don’t miss a single recipe!

Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will show up in your email. It will consist of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans will feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.

This week, we are starting with Pastry Chef Online’s German Pancake.  I have a special place in my heart for what I call a Dutch Baby, the fact that this one is made with potatoes makes it really interesting to me and one I really want to try.

Next, we are continuing the breakfast for dinner ideas with my Crispy Cheesy Hash Browns.  You know my love for potatoes.  These hash browns are without question, the BEST I’ve ever had, made, eaten, etc.  Do yourself a solid and make some this weekend.  If you are planning a brunch any time soon, especially for Easter weekend, these would be a great addition to your table.

Our next Dinner Diva, Comfortably Domestic brings us her Nut Free Chicken Satay with Coconut Rice.  This is the kind of cooking I do during the week. Quick and delicious!

The Speckled Palate has Classic Salmon Burgers this week.  That avocado on top is calling my name.  This burger is a great option for those celebrating Lent and even if you aren’t, it’s a great dinner.

Moroccan Merguez Ragout with Poached Eggs is the last recipe on the weekly menu plan.  Pastry Chef Online suggests swapping out your favorite sausage if you can’t find merguez at your market.  Ras el hanout is a wonderful spice blend and can be found here.

Now on to the “Extras”.  Both of these are wonderful weekend treats, especially for holidays or weekend gatherings.

Our first extra is one of my favorite weekend treats – Easy Blueberry Peach Streusel Muffins.  Perfect with a cup of coffee on a leisurely Saturday morning or great for grabbing on a busy weekday.

The Speckled Palate is back with her Easter Strawberry Champagne.  Perfect for a toast!

Thanks for spending a little time with me today!  See you next week with brand new recipes!
