The Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan is back with tons of flavor. We have so many tasty recipes this week, I can’t wait to try these myself. From burgers to chicken to beans and rice, dinner this week is going to be amazing.
Make sure you are subscribed so you don’t miss a single recipe!
Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.
DINNER DIVAS WEEKLY MENU PLAN:

Pastry Chef Online’s Bloody Mary Meatloaf Burger starts off the week. May is burger month, so add this delicious patty to your list.
Chipotle Lime Spicy Beer Can Chicken from The Speckled Palate is the next recipe this week. I, for one, will be making this very soon.
Melting Potatoes with Garlic and Herbs is one of the best things I’ve eaten lately. There are not enough words to describe how delicious these are. Do yourself a huge favor and make these asap.
Comfortably Domestic’s Slow Cooker Chicken Andouille Beans and Rice is a perfect weeknight dinner. Set up the slow cooker in the morning and let it do the work for you. It doesn’t get better than that.
Finally, we end the week with Homemade Pizza Bread from Pastry Chef Online. This is perfect for a cozy Friday night at home with a movie.
Now, we move on to the extras!
This Skinny Hummus from Comfortably Domestic is perfect for weekday lunches with a handful of fresh veggies.
Finishing out the week is The Speckled Palate’s Lemon Blueberry Coffee Cake. You know how much I love coffee cake and blueberries are my favorite, so this has my name all over it.
Thanks for spending some time with me today. See you soon with fresh, new recipes!
