The Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan is back with exciting new recipes to share with you. We have such a colorful menu this week, I can’t wait to dig in.
Make sure you are subscribed so you don’t miss a single recipe!
Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.
DINNER DIVAS WEEKLY MENU PLAN
Kicking off the week, we have Comfortably Domestic’s Meatball Hoagie Sandwiches. A meatball hero is perhaps one of life’s greatest pleasures and this one will not disappoint.
Next up is Pastry Chef Online. Jenni has made Beef Cheek and Cabbage Tacos. These look so tasty!
Blueberry Pecan Feta Salad from The Speckled Palate is absolutely going on my must make list this week. We went blueberry picking last weekend and came home with 25# of gorgeous blueberries. I can’t wait to make this salad for dinner.
This Spinach, Nectarine and Blue Cheese Salad came out of the Pook’s Pantry Vault. It’s on the list of “recipes to reshoot”, so please forgive the Super Close Up. The recipe is still fantastic, even if the old photos aren’t. This salad is killer and makes an awesome dinner when it’s just too hot to cook.
Pastry Chef Online ends the week with her Whole Wheat English Muffins, for Bacon, Egg & Cheese Sammiches. Who needs the Drive-Thru when you can have this?
AND NOW, FOR THE EXTRAS…
This Peach Pepper Jam is good on so many things besides a block of cream cheese. Make a batch and put it on sandwiches, slather it on a chicken breast, blend it into a vinaigrette, go nuts with it!
Finally, The Speckled Palate wraps it up with her Chocolate Raspberry Overnight French Toast Casserole. This is perfect for relaxed Saturday mornings with the family.
