Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan: Week 62

Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan is back with another week’s worth of recipes.  The temps are climbing and we’re doing more grilling and lighter meals as it gets warmer by the day.  This week, we have some tasty burgers and light dinners to get you through the week.

Make sure you are subscribed so you don’t miss a single recipe!

Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.

Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan:

Starting out the week is my Tomato and Goat Cheese Tart.  I love this light meal for summer dinners as well as weekend brunch.  It can be eaten warm or room temperature. Pair it with a mixed green salad and it’s the perfect summer meal.

Feta Stuffed Lamb Burgers from Comfortably Domestic are up next.  She had me at feta.  These tasty burgers would be welcome on my table any day of the week.

Pastry Chef Online has a Mexican Green Goddess Pasta Salad for dinner tonight.  Great for summertime and goes well with a burger!

Sauerkraut Burgers with Oven Fried Pickles and Sweet Sriracha Sauce from The Speckled Palate make my mouth water.  I can’t wait to make these burgers, everything about them makes me happy.

Finally, we are wrapping up the week with my Thai Chicken Salad w/ Spicy Chili Lime Dressing. This is one of my favorite salads. It has great crunch, tons of flavor and the dressing is light, so the salad doesn’t feel weighed down with gloppy dressing.  Perfect to take to the beach or pack for lunches too.

This Sweet Cherry Rhubarb Pie from Comfortably Domestic is exactly why I dubbed her the “Pie Jedi”. She is a master pie maker.

Finally, we wrap up our sweet endings with one of my favorite recipes from Pastry Chef Online.  Her Chocolate Cheese Pie is a dangerously delicious dessert.
