Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan is back with another week’s worth of recipes. The temps are climbing and we’re doing more grilling and lighter meals as it gets warmer by the day. This week, we have some tasty burgers and light dinners to get you through the week.
Make sure you are subscribed so you don’t miss a single recipe!
Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.
DINNER DIVAS WEEKLY MENU:
Cheeseburger Kebabs from The Speckled Palate start off our week of summer deliciousness. These would be perfect for a summer gathering!
Next up is a recipe I’ve had laying around for almost 3 years, but waited until last week to share. Sorry about that. This Watermelon Gazpacho is the perfect solution when hunger strikes but the desire to cook does not.
Grilled Chicken (or steak) Fajitas from Comfortably Domestic are the midweek meal. This is the perfect summer dinner for us. We love fajitas and make them often, so this one gets a big thumbs up.
Ham and Cheese Sliders from Pastry Chef Online are tonight’s dinner. These are great for parties too!
The last dinner recipe this week is Sweet Tea Oven Fried Chicken from The Speckled Palate. This is definitely going on my must make list.
The side dish this week is my Sautéed Bok Choy with Gochujang. It is a tasty side that has a little kick to it. If you can’t find bok choy at your market, I’ve listed a few substitutions in the recipe.
Finally, we are wrapping up the week with Comfortably Domestic’s Sweet Cherry Apricot Crumb Pie. Now this is a pie I could make over and over. Kirsten makes all of her pies look so good, I don’t know how she does it. She is amazing!
