Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan: Week 65

I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.
Welcome back to another fantastic menu plan. As you read this, I am attending a family gathering in Newfoundland! I hope you are all having a fantastic week. I can’t wait to share some new recipes with you when I return.

Make sure you are subscribed so you don’t miss a single recipe!

Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.

Pastry Chef Online is kicking off the week with her Caprese Bruschetta.  This is exactly the kind of thing that I want to eat during the warm summer months.

Next up on this weeks’ menu plan are Sweet Heat Burgers from Comfortably Domestic.  Perfect for grilling all summer long, these burgers are full of flavor.

My Nectarine Blue Cheese Spinach Salad is our midweek meal. Sometimes, it’s just too hot to cook or eat anything too heavy. This is my solution.

Avocado and Panko-Crusted Chicken Cobb Salad from The Speckled Palate is next on the menu. This tasty bite would be a great work lunch!

Finally, our last dinner this week is from My Imperfect Kitchen. Her Fig, Pear and Gorgonzola Grilled Cheese is a delicious twist on a classic grilled cheese.  This combination makes a tasty sandwich and also, a good pizza.

This week, we have two delicious extras.  The first up is a Watermelon Cucumber Salad with Feta, Mint & Lime from Comfortably Domestic.  This salad just screams “summer”.

The last recipe is from Pastry Chef Online. Her Spicy, Smoky Whole 30 Ketchup is a great condiment for those eating on the Whole 30 plan.

See you next week with another tasty menu!
