I can’t believe it’s Friday already. The week has gone so fast. We are back with another Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan and I must say, it’s a good one this week.
Make sure you are subscribed so you don’t miss a single recipe!
Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.
DINNER DIVAS WEEKLY MENU:
I am kicking off the week with my Thai Turkey Meatballs with Peanut Sauce. This is a client favorite. One of my clients loves the sauce so much, that he requests double the normal amount. I can’t blame him, the sauce is delicious.
Next up this week is a Chicken Greek Salad from Comfortably Domestic. I am a salad lover, and I’m on board with anything Greek. Also, just look at the color of that dressing. It’s gorgeous.
Our midweek meal is Summer Tomato Peach Panzanella from Pastry Chef Online. Right now is the perfect time to make this dish. Peaches and tomatoes are in season and are at their peak. This means, they won’t taste better than they will right now, so go get some and get cooking.
Greek Bruschetta from The Speckled Palate is great for a party nibble or light supper. Pair this with a nice big salad and dinner is complete.
Finally, we wrap up the week with Turkey Shishito Burgers from My Imperfect Kitchen. Shishito peppers are generally not spicy, and they are the perfect complement to these turkey burgers.
This Spicy Smoked Pimento Cheese from Pastry Chef Online is perfect for snacking on, packing for a picnic or game day eats.
Finally, for our sweet ending, we have Chocolate Covered Raspberry Cupcakes from The Speckled Palate. A great way to end any meal. Chocolate and raspberry are a classic combination for a reason – it’s delicious.
