Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan: Week 71

Welcome back to another fabulous menu from the Dinner Divas. As some of you are beginning a new school year with kiddos, schedules are busier than ever. This week, we have a few recipes to share with you that are fast and easy.  Plus, an adult beverage for your “me time”.

Make sure you are subscribed so you don’t miss a single recipe!

Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.

DINNER IS SERVED!

Comfortably Domestic kicks off the week with her Summer Vegetable Gratin Casserole.  For those of us with a summer garden, this is the perfect way to use up our end of summer bounty.

Pastry Chef Online has made Mexican-Style Instant Pot Crack Chicken.  We have a few Instant Pot recipes this week!  If you have an Instant Pot, you know what a huge time saver it can be. I am all for using it as often as possible!

The Speckled Palate has our midweek meal. Her Pear BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches with Pear Slaw look and sound incredible. This is going to make an appearance on a game day menu very soon.

Hatch Chile and Chicken Skillet Dinner from My Imperfect Kitchen calls my name.  She had me at “hatch chile”.  If you’ve been around here long enough, you know how much I love them.

Finally, we end the week with my Instant Pot Split Pea Soup.  I have been making soup on the stove top for decades, so I didn’t really see the need to make it in the Instant Pot.  Once was all it took to convince me.  It was this soup that did it.

The Speckled Palate is back for drinks with “y’all”, as she would say. Her Peach Moscow Mule can also be enjoyed as a mocktail for those that aren’t imbibing. I’ll take mine with the vodka, thank you.

Finally, we end the week with Hawaiian Roll French Toast Muffins from Pastry Chef Online.  Technically, I’d say these are breakfast, but I’d enjoy this in the afternoon with a cuppa.

LOVE THIS MENU? PIN IT!
