Dinner can cause whining, staring at the open fridge, crying about being hungry and frustration… and that’s just you! All joking aside, meal times can be a hassle if you have no idea what you’re going to cook at 5pm. I’d like to say this never happens to me, but it does and probably more frequently than it should. Life just gets in the way and seems to take over some days. I find myself standing in front of an open refrigerator lamenting about what to have for dinner. If this is you too, you’re in the right place.

Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.
The first dinner this week is my Bacon Goat Cheese Burger with Pepper Jam. It wouldn’t be a Labor Day weekend without a burger, so here you go! This one, I must say, was one of my all-time favorites.
Next up is Comfortably Domestic’s Rosemary Pesto Pork Roulade. This is a showstopper of a meal! Stuffed with spinach, apples and gouda, this pork is packed with flavor.
Pastry Chef Online has a smashed reuben burger for you. A reuben is one of my favorite sandwiches, if it’s one of your favorites too, try this burger!
Summer Quinoa Salad from The Speckled Palate is our next meal. This is a great summer side of light dinner. I’d be more than happy to have a bowl of this for supper.
Finally, we end our week with this Spicy Watermelon Salad with Tequila Avocado Dressing from My Imperfect Kitchen. This is such a beautiful salad, it would be a great addition to your BBQ this weekend!
Finally, we get to the sweets! This week, we have 2 treats for you. First up are my Vanilla Cupcakes with Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting. It is Labor Day Weekend and we all need some treats for the BBQ. These cupcakes would be hit all around!
Finally, we wrap up the week with Comfortably Domestic’s White Chocolate Raspberry Scones. Perfect for breakfast, afternoon snack, dessert or evening nibble with a cuppa tea. Really, any time is a good excuse to have one.
See you next week with another delicious menu!
