Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan:
We begin our week with The Speckled Palate. Her Shredded Applesauce Chicken Sliders with Brussels Sprouts Apple Slaw make a perfect dinner to start the week off right!
Next up is my Coconut Curry Corvina with Potatoes. It looks fancy, but it isn’t difficult at all. Next month is national seafood month. I am trying to get more fish into my diet and this is a great way to do it. Plus, I give a thorough tutorial on cooking fish, so the guesswork is taken out of it.
Steak Potato Rounds from Comfortably Domestic are next on the dinner divas weekly menu plan. This is a great midweek meal and also the perfect nibble for game day.
Pastry Chef Online has made us Easy Sloppy Joes. Just in time for football season! We are both big fans of sloppy joes in this house. They remind me of baby showers and family reunions from childhood.
And now, we have our featured blogger for this month. Foodie with Family is one of my favorite food blogs. Rebecca’s recipes are fantastic, her photography is beautiful and I love the way she writes. It’s like having a conversation with a friend. Her Easy Ginger Garlic Glazed Sticky Pork is guaranteed to become your new “go to” recipe.
The first extra this week is Beaten Coffee from Pastry Chef Online. Coffee lovers, rejoice!
We end with The Speckled Palate’s Spiced Apple Upside Down Cake with Bourbon Caramel Glaze. This cake is screaming my name. You too?
