The Dinner Divas weekly menu is back with lots of fall goodness. From slow cooker dinners to one pot meals, we are ready to those fall flavors. What are some of your favorite fall foods? I have a Pinterest board dedicated solely to this very topic.
Make sure you are subscribed so you don’t miss a single recipe!
Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plans feature (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.
Dinner Divas Weekly Menu 75
We are kicking off the week with Skillet Lasagna from Comfortably Domestic. All the rich, comforting flavors of a deep dish lasagna, rolled into an easy, one skillet recipe that’s ready in 30 minutes.
Next on the Dinner Divas weekly menu is Cream of Cauliflower Soup from Pastry Chef Online. I remember making cream soups in culinary school and realizing it wasn’t nearly as complicated as I thought it was. Also, once you get the basics, you can make any kind of cream soup that strikes your fancy.
The Speckled Palate has Cinnamon Pork Chops for us on this weeks menu plan. So often, people only associate cinnamon with sweet recipes, but it can be a wonderful spice in savory dishes. If you’ve never tried it, this is a great place to start.
My offering this week is One Pan Chicken Sausage and Fall Vegetables. This is one of those meals that comes together really fast and it’s a great way to use up last night’s veggies. Use this recipe as inspiration and swap out whatever vegetables you have. I’m partial to the mix in the recipe, I think they go together beautifully. I’d also throw in some Brussels sprouts next time!
Finally, we’re wrapping it up with Slow-Cooker Copycat Chipotle Barbacoa. I have a feeling this is in my near future. I have two people in my life (you know who you are) who love Chipotle. Besides, I can turn this into a taco night and that’s a win for everyone.
Pastry Chef Online has some cookies for you this week. Her Ghoriba Bahla (Moroccan Sugar Cookies) would be a great addition to your holiday baking. With almonds and sesame, these cookies are so flavorful and they are not overly sweet.
The last recipe on our dinner divas weekly menu is a Gin Apple Pie Cocktail from The Speckled Palate. This is a great fall cocktail. I may even give gin another try just to have this drink.
