The weekly menu is back with lots of fall goodness. Personally, I have my eye on that pumpkin bread from Comfortably Domestic. My Day of the Dead Cupcakes were a big hit with everyone, so I’ll be making those again very soon. I’m pinning all kinds of My Favorite Fall Recipes on Pinterest, come check it out and follow me so you can see all the good stuff I find!
Make sure you are subscribed so you don’t miss a single recipe!
Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plan features (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.
Weekly Menu Plan 78:
This Cajun Spiced Tomato Soup from Pastry Chef Online is perfect for starting off the week. A warm bowl of soup is my dinner of choice in cooler weather.
The Speckled Palate has Slow Cooker Red Beans and Rice for our next dinner. I have recently rediscovered my love for the slow cooker and this is exactly what I want to make.
My Potato Corn Chowder with Bacon is next on this week’s menu plan. I’ve already received requests for it again, so it’s safe to say we have a winner!
Comfortably Domestic’s Slow Cooker Chicken and Wild Rice Soup has me swooning. I make a version of this soup every year and each time, I wonder why I don’t make it more often!
Finally, we wrap up the week with a Classic Reuben Sandwich from Country Cleaver. I don’t know about you, but a reuben is one of my all-time favorite sandwiches. Crunchy bread, tangy dressing and delicious sauerkraut with scrumptious corned beef.
And now… bring on the baked goods!
First up, The Best Pumpkin Bread from Comfortably Domestic. This is on my weekend baking list. I can’t wait to try a slice of this gorgeous bread.
And now, our week comes to a close with my Day of the Dead Mexican Chocolate Cupcakes. These were insanely good and totally worth the trouble. I’ll be making another batch of them very soon!
