The Dinner Divas menu is full of fall flavors this week. Halloween is over, November is here and it’s time to gear up for the Thunderdome, otherwise known as Thanksgiving! I love everything about November. It’s finally cooling down, football is getting really good and all the comfort food is finding its way onto my menu.
I’m pinning so many Thanksgiving Recipes on Pinterest, come check it out and follow me so you can see all the good stuff I find!
Make sure you are subscribed so you don’t miss a single recipe!
Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plan features (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.
We begin the week with Turkey Tortilla Soup from The Speckled Palate. Are you a fan of tortilla soup? It’s so full of flavor and this version uses leftover turkey from thanksgiving.

Next are my Veggie Cakes. These are a great side dish or main for a meatless meal. I also love them for breakfast with an egg on top. And, they are a perfect handheld patty for lunch boxes.

Comfortably Domestic has Creamy Onion Soup for us this week. Perfect for the chilly weather that is coming our way soon! I’ve never made a creamy onion soup before, so I’m looking forward to trying this one.

Pastry Chef Online has an Easy Spicy Vegan Chickpea Chili for our next dinner. This is great for those of us who are eating less meat and even if you aren’t, you can add in ground beef, chicken or even sausage.

This week, Jamie from Life’s A Feast has Clams in White Wine. This is a great dinner for date night at home. It feels special, yet it will not have you in front of a stove all night.

Our first extra this week is from Pastry Chef Online. Her Vegan No Bake Chocolate Chip Granola Bars use date syrup in them which is a unique ingredient that I’m going to seek out just to make these.
