The Dinner Divas are back with another week of delicious recipes. We are focusing on Thanksgiving this week. If you are still looking for a recipe or two to fill out your holiday table, look no further. Personally, I am drooling over the dessert this week. That cake is pure love.
Can you believe that Thanksgiving is less than a week away? Every year, I make the corn casserole recipe that is featured this week. I look forward it each Thanksgiving. My menu doesn’t change much from year to year, I’m a bit traditional where that is concerned. I do like to try new sides or a new dessert in addition to the standards, but I always have the traditional foods, like my grandmother’s classic bread stuffing, on my table. Make sure you are subscribed so you don’t miss a single recipe!
Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plan features (mostly) healthy, seasonal foods that don’t take all day to prepare. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead. I’d love to hear from you & see your creations! Post a pic using #DinnerDivas and tag @pookspantry! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.

We begin our week with Citrus Herb Roasted Turkey from Comfortably Domestic. Not only do you get a great turkey recipe, but you get an idea for a seriously good prank.
Next this week on dinner divas is Pastry Chef Online. Her Wild Rice Stuffing is perfect for your Thanksgiving table.
The midweek meal is from The Speckled Palate. Her Cranberry Turkey Puff Pastry Tartlets are the perfect Thanksgiving nibble. Put that leftover cranberry sauce to good use with these tartlets.
The Easiest 5 ingredient Corn Casserole from Pook’s Pantry. When I say easiest, I mean it. It’s a cheater version using boxed corn muffin mix. I feel justified in using a mix for this because I cook so much on Thanksgiving that I need one thing that’s easy, and this my friends, is it. Also, it is so delicious and always the side that disappears first.
Last but not least, we have a new featured blogger this week! One of my personal favorites, Jessica Gavin. She is a culinary scientist, so yours truly nerds out on her blog pretty hard. This week, I am sharing her Crock Pot Turkey Breast. This is perfect for those of us that have smaller gatherings (or small city apartments with tiny ovens) and don’t want to end up with 12 pounds of leftover bird.
Remember that cake I mentioned earlier? The Speckled Palate made this Praline Pumpkin Upside Down Cake that has me swooning. It is everything I want a cake to be. Just look at that drizzle, it’s drool-worthy, isn’t it?
Finally, our last dessert is Caramel Pumpkin Mousse from Pastry Chef Online. These individual desserts are elegant and delicious.
