The Dinner Divas Weekly Menu is back again with treats focused on the holidays. Everything from my Porcini Crusted Beef Tenderloin to the Christmas Cake or Peppermint Milkshakes would be perfect for celebrating. Do you host a big gathering or keep it small and intimate for the holidays? Usually, for us, it’s just the two of us. We both live far from our families, so we don’t always get the chance to celebrate together. I’m sure we are not alone in that. Wherever you are and whomever you are with, I hope you have a delicious holiday.

Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plan features quick and easy recipes. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead.
Make sure you are subscribed so you never miss a recipe! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.

First on the weekly menu plan is Pastry Chef Online’s Muhammara, or Walnut-Red Pepper Dip. Perfect for a light dinner or a snack, this flavorful dip goes great with grilled or toasted pita.

Next is The Speckled Palate’s Spaghetti and Meatballs. Who doesn’t love a plate of pasta and meatballs? Raise your hand if you’re old enough to remember the spaghetti commercial from the 80’s with the mom yelling out of the window for the kid to come home for dinner. Makes you want this for dinner now, doesn’t it?

My Imperfect Kitchen has one of my all time favorite soups this week. Chicken tortilla soup is my kind of comfort food. It is so full of flavor and good for what ails you during the cold and flu season.
Porcini-Crusted Beef Tenderloin from Pook’s Pantry may look like an intimidating meal, but it is deceptively easy. I served it with chestnut stuffing and it was one of the tastiest Christmas dinners we’ve ever had. A quick sear on all sides and slide it into the oven for about 20 minutes and it’s done. A very impressive meal with little effort.

Finally, we end the dinner divas weekly menu with Broccoli Bacon Carbonara from Comfortably Domestic. Instead of going out for Italian, stay in and cook together. A bowl of pasta, a glass of wine and a good movie, that is a great Friday night.

This week, we have two desserts for you! The first is from The Speckled Palate. Her No Churn Peppermint Ice Cream Milkshake is a delicious seasonal treat. I love peppermint ice cream, so this is something that I can’t wait to try.

Our last recipe this week is this beautiful Vegan Chocolate Christmas Cake from Pastry Chef Online. A perfectly festive dessert for the holidays!

don’t forget to pin the weekly menu plan!

Thanks for stopping by! Have a delicious week!
