Welcome to the final Dinner Divas Weekly Menu of the year. I cannot believe that the year is almost over. We are going out with a bang this week. We have so many tasty recipes to try before we all start our clean eating in January.

Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plan features quick and easy recipes. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead.
Make sure you are subscribed so you never miss a recipe! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.

The first recipe on this final menu plan of the year is Langostino Mac and Cheese from Pook’s Pantry. Langostino are the perfect compliment to this macaroni and cheese dish. The saltiness of the bacon and creaminess of the pasta sauce play perfectly against the delicate, buttery seafood. Go out with a bang and make this decadent macaroni and cheese before the year is over.
Next up on the dinner divas weekly menu is Chicken Cordon Bleu from Comfortably Domestic. Don’t be intimidated by this dish, it’s not as difficult as it looks and it’s very tasty.
Pastry Chef Online has a Double Polar Burger this week and this is one recipe that I can’t wait to make. We love a good burger in our house and this one looks amazing.
Whole30 Slow Cooker Pork Carnitas Plates from The Speckled Palate is great whether you are starting a Whole30 diet or not. These pork carnitas have all the delicious Tex-Mex flavors that most of us love while still keeping it lower carb and a bit healthier.
The last recipe on the dinner divas weekly menu is Lucy’s Sticky Ham Sandwiches from My Imperfect Kitchen. These sandwiches remind me of those little ham sammies served at family gatherings. They sound absolutely delicious and perfect for something like a Superbowl party.
Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Extras
Our first extra this week is from The Speckled Palate. Her vegan cranberry orange muffins are sure to be a big hit this weekend. Many of us are visiting family or hosting family, these would be the ideal treat to enjoy with a cup of coffee while catching up with family.

Finally, we are wrapping it up with Pastry Chef Online’s Peppermint Brownie Brittle. I’m putting a pin in this one! Chocolaty, minty and super delicious, this sweet treat is perfect this time of year.

Thanks for stopping by! I am so grateful for you! Wishing you all a safe and Happy New Year!!! See you next week with recipes for kicking off 2019 right!
Don’t forget to pin it!
