Dinner Divas weekly menu full of delicious offerings. We have low calorie, low carb, vegetarian, Whole30 and tailgating snacks all in one post. I think we have something for everyone this week! This is the time of year when most people are trying to “reset”. Whatever that means to them, but most of the time, it’s about eating a little better. This week’s Dinner Divas menu has a delicious lentil soup, a tasty salad and vegetarian burritos. Whether you are watching your diet or not, this week is absolutely delicious.

Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plan features quick and easy recipes. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead.
Make sure you are subscribed so you never miss a recipe! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.

First up this week is Winter Pear Hazelnut Salad from My Imperfect Kitchen. This is a tasty way to stay on track with healthful eating this winter. Pears are in season during the fall and winter months, but Anjou pears specifically are the winter go to for your pear needs.

Next is an Easy Lentil Soup Recipe from Pook’s Pantry. This soup is so quick and easy. I usually make a few quarts at a time so I can have it for lunch all week. Meal prepping doesn’t always have to be a salad, sometimes it can be a delicious soup. If you make a big batch, this soup also freezes nicely, so you can tuck it away for a day when you need it.

Comfortably Domestic has Crispy Black Bean Burritos for dinner this week. I’m all about the bean lately and these burritos sound super tasty. It’s a satisfying, vegetarian meal with complete proteins. So you can feel good about getting those Tex Mex flavors in your mouth!

Pastry Chef Online made Fried Chicken Cutlets with Herb Gravy. Chicken cutlets have been one of my all-time favorite meals for the better part of a decade. Pounded then and fried to crispy, crunchy goodness, these cutlets take a bath in creamy herb gravy. Heaven on a plate. Try them with these super easy Potato Dill Biscuits!

The Speckled Palate wraps up the week with these Pepperoni Pizza Rolls. Friday is usually pizza night and I love this twist on pepperoni pizza. They make fantastic nibbles for game night or any night. Cheesy and full of pizza flavor!

The first bonus recipe this week is from The Speckled Palate. Her Pomegranate White Hot Chocolate is a fun twist on a classic drink. Tart pomegranate blended with sweet white chocolate make a creamy, decadent treat for those of us who like our hot chocolate on the less sweet side.

Finally, we end our week with this Spicy Whole30 Ketchup from Pastry Chef Online. For those following a whole30 diet this month, or those trying to eat more mindfully, this is a great condiment to have on hand.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a delicious day!
