Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan has some tasty meals planned for the week ahead. I can’t believe it’s Valentine’s week already. It feels like Christmas wasn’t that long ago. Earlier this week, I posted a poll on the Pook’s Pantry facebook page asking if people had anything special planned for Valentine’s Day and just like us, most of them said no. We don’t generally go out to dinner on Valentine’s. So, if you are like us and you stay in and make a special dinner, we have quite a few lovely meals that would be great for a date night.
Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plan features quick and easy recipes. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead.
Make sure you are subscribed so you never miss a recipe! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.

Pook’s Pantry is kicking off the week with Langostino Mac and Cheese. Langostino are the perfect compliment to this macaroni and cheese dish. The saltiness of the bacon and creaminess of the pasta sauce play perfectly against the delicate, buttery seafood. Elevate your everyday macaroni and cheese with this delicious langostino mac and cheese. Recently, a friend of mine made this and promptly let me know that it is now in her regular rotation. I urge you to give it a try, it’s so good!
Next up is Dinner Diva Comfortably Domestic with her Creamy Onion Soup. French onion soup is one of my favorites, so I can’t imagine that I wouldn’t love this soup too! This is a great soup to make in a big batch and have for lunch all week.
Pastry Chef Online has vodka sauce for us. In her How to Make Vodka Sauce post, she walks you through one of my favorite pasta sauces. It is incredibly easy and super tasty. With a bit of marinara, vodka, cream and parmesan, you can make a delicious pasta sauce in no time!
Seared Scallops with Raspberry Gastrique from The Speckled Palate is our next recipe this week. I absolutely adore this recipe. If you don’t remember what a gastrique is, I walk you through it in this Halibut with Lemon Gastrique post. Her raspberry gastrique strikes the perfect balance with buttery scallops. Perfect for a Valentine’s Day dinner at home.
And finally, the last in our Dinner Divas lineup this week is My Imperfect Kitchen. Her Baked Chicken Legs with Oranges looks and sounds amazing. Just looked at that bronzed, crispy skin!
The Dinner Divas Desserts
This week, we have two super tasty sweets. The first one is Homemade Butterscotch Pudding from Pastry Chef Online. This is the stuff that pudding dreams are made of. No more boxes of instant pudding for you, friends. This is the real deal.
Finally, we end on this sweet note from The Speckled Palate. Her Paloma Citrus Cake with Tequila Lime Glaze sounds like a cake I’d like to dive right into. Everything about this cake sounds fantastic.
Don’t forget to pin it to your dinner board!
Thanks for stopping by, Friends! Have a delicious weekend!
