Dinner Divas Weekly Menu Plan focuses on easy weeknight meals to help you get dinner on the table. This week, we are sharing a few of our favorite Mardi Gras recipes. From gumbo to étouffée to king cake, we have you covered for all your Fat Tuesday recipe needs. As they say in New Orleans, “laissez les bon temps rouler”!
Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plan features quick and easy recipes. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead.
Make sure you are subscribed so you never miss a recipe! I hope this weekly menu plan provides inspiration and makes life a little easier… one meal at a time.

Chicken and Sausage Gumbo from The Speckled Palate is our first recipe this week. This recipe does take a bit of time, so it might be best for weekend cooking or doing a little prep the night before. That being said, it is time well spent to give you an amazing, authentic gumbo.
Next up is Pesto Shrimp and Zoodles from My Imperfect Kitchen. Perfect for those following a low carb diet, this tasty recipe will make your belly happy without leaving you feeling heavy.
The midweek meal this week is a spin on the traditional crawfish étoufée. Langostino Étouffée from Pook’s Pantry is similar to the classic. If you aren’t familiar with langostinos, this post explains what they are, what they taste like and the differences between them and similar seafood.
Comfortably Domestic has Chicken Noodle Soup this week, which is perfect for this blustery time of the year. Make a double batch to take for lunch during the week or freeze for quick suppers when you’re short on time.
Finally, we wrap up the dinners this week with Spicy Chicken Guacamole Sandwiches from Pastry Chef Online. Perfect for a Friday night at home, binging your favorite show on the couch. This tasty sammich would be great for a beach day or picnic too.
Our first dessert this week is Butterscotch Hard Candy from Pastry Chef Online. I love a good butterscotch and this does not disappoint.
Don’t forget to pin it!
Thanks for stopping by! Have a delicious weekend!
