Dinner Divas Week 98

Here’s how it works: Every Friday morning, a new menu plan will be delivered to your email. It consists of 5 dinner options, plus 2 extras. Those two extras could be side dishes, dessert, drinks, etc. The Dinner Divas weekly menu plan features quick and easy recipes. Getting the weekly menu delivered to your inbox on Friday morning gives you the chance to make your shopping list and get organized for the week ahead.

monday textWe are starting off the week with Pastry Chef Online’s Shortcut Vegan Lahmajoun. Perfect for meatless Monday, this quick meal uses hummus as it’s base for a “cheeseless pizza”.

tuesday textNext up this week is Chicken and Sausage Jambalaya from The Speckled Palate. Perfect for this time of year! This is also perfect game day food, you can make a big pot and feed a crowd.

Comfortably Domestic has Tuscan Crepes for us this week and if you have never made savory crepes before, this should be your first recipe. Sweet crepes are fantastic, but there is something about a savory filling that really makes these feel extra special.

The Speckled Palate is back with our last dinner recipe. Her Curried Veggie Rice Bowls look so delicious, I can’t wait to make them. This is my kind of comfort food.

And now, the sweet ending to our weekly menu plan!

First up is my Healthy Granola Recipe with Coconut. This Triple Coconut Granola is so tasty, I could NOT stop eating it. If you have never made granola before and you’ve only had store-bought, prepare to have your tastebuds rocked. Finally, we are ending the week with Classic Cinnamon Rolls from Comfortably Domestic. There is something so wonderful  about a warm, gooey cinnamon roll. It’s heavenly and is absolutely one of my favorite things in the world.
