Comfortably Domestic kicks off our week with Lighter Chicken Stroganoff. I love a good stroganoff and this recipe has been lightened up and also changges up the traditional beef for chicken.
Ballymaloe Irish Stew for two from Pastry Chef Online is next up this week with something that is perfect for the week ahead! It’s been so chilly lately, stew would be a great midweek comforting dinner.
Superfood Veggie Cakes from Pook’s Pantry are the next recipe on the Dinner Divas Weekly Menu. These could serve as a side or as part of a meatless meal. I also like them with an egg on top for breakfast as a great way to incorporate more vegetables into my diet.
Comfortably Domestic is back to wrap up the week with her Tex Mex Vegetarian Stuffed Peppers. If you are limiting your consumption of meat, this is a great way to get protein and colorful vegetables into your diet.
Dinner divas weekly menu extras!
Our first extra this week is from Pastry Chef Online. Her Butterscotch Creme Brulee is absolutely decadent and delicious. Perfect for a weekend treat!
Finally, we end the week with this No Churn Guinness Chocolate Brownie Ice Cream from The Speckled Palate. I can’t even count the ways that this ice cream calls out to me. This is going on my list asap.
