My Best Ever Thanksgiving Recipes

It’s that time of year when we are all searching for our favorite Thanksgiving recipes. My personal favorite is classic bread stuffing, it isn’t anything fancy or complicated, just pure Thanksgiving comfort food.
Thanksgiving Collage Thanksgiving is only a few days away and if you are still trying to fill out your menu, I’m here to help.  For me, the sides and dessert are the BEST part of Thanksgiving.  I like turkey as much as the next person, but it can’t compete with mashed potatoes, stuffing, squash, corn casserole, etc.

Thanksgiving recipes for the morning

After we’ve had breakfast and plenty of coffee, we like to start out the morning with bellinis or bloody marys while we watch the parade under piles of blankets.

bloody mary Whether you prefer a sweet or savory start to the day, I’ve got you covered. And, if you are a fan of Bloody Marys, you absolutely must try this recipe.

  • Potato Breakfast Casserole
  • Baked Eggs in Mini Pepper Cups
  • Lavender Scones
  • Restaurant Style Bloody Mary

Thanksgiving Sides

Thanksgiving Sides - Corn Casserole Now, we are in my favorite part of turkey day.  I would be more than happy to have an entire meal of just sides.  From my grandma’s bread stuffing to a beautiful pureéd vegetable soup, there will be something for everyone on your holiday table.

  • Classic Bread Stuffing
  • Easiest 5 Ingredient Corn Casserole
  • Winter Vegetable Soup
  • Sage and Onion Rolls
  • Potato Dill Biscuits
  • Arugula, Butternut and White Bean Salad with Maple Vinaigrette

Thanksgiving Dessert Recipes

I’ve included a few sweets to have alongside the array of pies that will be on the table.  While I can’t identify with these people, there are folks who don’t care for pumpkin or pecan pie.  Maybe you are having a house full of guests and need an extra sweet or two to feed everyone.  I love having options.  I can have a sliver of everything instead of one big piece of pie.

  • Chocolate Hazelnut Bread Pudding
  • Cranberry Orange Upside Down Cake
  • Clementine Buttermilk Upside Down Cake

Thank you for spending part of you day with me.  Wishing all of you a safe and Happy Thanksgiving, may you have a DELICIOUS day!
