I first tasted really good.Cuban roast pork in 1985 add a carryout cuban restaurant in Washington, DC. Forty years later, thanks to this recipe, I was able to make it, and it tastes just the same! I did use a lot more garlic and I used chicken broth and beef broth. I’m so glad I found your website.Thank you so much for the great recipe.
