Thai Turkey Meatballs with Peanut Sauce

Dinner Divas Meal Plan: Week 150

Welcome back and Happy New Year! This week on Dinner Divas, we are getting back into the swing of things after a crazy holiday season. We took a week off while we were all celebrating, but with the arrival of the new year, we are back on track.  It was a wonderful few weeks of celebrating (and INDULGING!) with friends and family but now we are returning to our normal routines and that means planning for DINNER.  Like most of the country, we seem to be in a deep freeze which leaves us craving comfort food.  On the other hand, many of us have that “eat healthier” resolution for the 3,592 time.
