Hi Stephanie! Yes, that is BEFORE grinding them. My dried strawberries didn’t have added sugar, so I’m not sure how it would turn out. It may be too sweet, but you could try it and experiment.
Take a small amount of frosting and mix in strawberry powder to taste it before you make the whole batch.
