LANGOSTINO PASTA FOR TWO 

Langostino pasta for two is a perfect date night dinner.  Pappardelle pasta is tossed with a creamy garlic butter white wine sauce before adding delicate langostino tails.

Ingredients:

Long pasta

Langostino tails

Flour

Unsalted butter

Garlic

White wine

Stock

Lemon juice

Sea salt

Pepper

Radish

Italian parsley

In a medium saucepan,  melt butter and whisk flour to combine and cook until it forms a paste (roux). Cook for 3 - 4 minutes.

Add white wine while whisking constantly.  Then add stock, garlic, salt and pepper.  Stir to combine and bring to a simmer.

Add langostinos, cook for  1 - 2 minutes to warm langostino.  Remove from heat and add chopped parsley and lemon juice.

Pour sauce with langostinos over cooked pasta and toss to combine.  Eat! This pasta is simple, easy and delicious.
