BUTTERED LANGOSTINO LOBSTER ROLL RECIPE

Warm, buttery lobster rolls made with delicate langostino tails. It just doesn’t get any better.

Warm, buttery langostino tails in a toasted bun make a delicious twist on a traditional lobster roll.

Ingredients:

Langostino tails

Salt

Hot dog buns

Unsalted butter

Fresh chives

Lemon juice

Capers

Lemon wedges

Heat a large skillet over medium high heat. Butter each side of the rolls. Toast in pan until brown on each side, about 3 - 4 minutes.

In the same pan, melt butter. Add lemon juice and capers.  Sauté until capers begin to sizzle. Add langostinos and cook until warmed through. Toss to combine and coat the langostinos in butter.

Melt remaining butter in the microwave. Set aside. Spoon langostino mixture evenly into rolls and drizzle with remaining melted butter.
