INGREDIENTS Russet potatoes Unsalted butter Heavy cream Parmesan cheese Onion Garlic Fresh spinach Kosher salt  Black pepper

 - Sauté onions and garlic, then add spinach. - Boil potatoes, then mash when cooked. - Add cream, cheese, salt & pepper.

Add spinach mixture and stir to combine. Pour into casserole dish, top with parmesan cheese & bake until browned and bubbly!
