I am so happy I finally made this. It is delicious, healthy and easy. I actually had a bag of dried beans that I needed to cook, so, in the interest of ease, I did them in my Instant Pot. It took me longer than opening a can or two, but once the beans were cooked, I followed this recipe fully. It is fantastic, and I’ll be making it a lot. ❤️

Absolutely wonderful, did add sauteed onions and garlic ( can’t seem to cook without) added some cherry tomatoes and a few splashes of red wine vinegar. Thank you!
