Paleo, gluten free rum balls are a healthier way to enjoy this holiday treat.  They are quick, easy, and perfect for holiday cookie exchanges.


Almond flour Coconut flour Unsweetened, shredded coconut  Cacao powder Dark rum Raw honey Coconut oil Sea salt

STEP 1  Add almond and coconut flours, sea salt, cacao powder, rum, honey, coconut oil and unsweetened shredded coconut to food processor and blend until completely uniform.

STEP 2 Scoop out tablespoon sized portions of rum ball mixture using a small cookie scoop or tablespoon.

STEP 3 Roll the scooped out mixture into balls using your hands to smooth it out and make it perfectly round.

STEP 4 Toss each rum ball in unsweetened shredded coconut, then place on a parchment-lined baking sheet to chill in the refrigerator.
