- 12 ounces langostinos thawed and drained
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp fresh chives finely chopped
- 1 stalk celery finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 4 hot dog rolls split top
Pat dry langostinos, if necessary
Mix mayo, lemon juice, celery, salt and pepper together in a medium bowl.
Add langostinos and toss to lightly coat in mayo mixture.
Fill each roll evenly with langostino mixture and sprinkle fresh chives on top.
