- 2 tablespoons kosher salt
- 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons granulated garlic
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon ground white pepper
- 1 tablespoon granulated onion
- 2 teaspoons dried thyme
In a small mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for Cajun spice blend and whisk to combine thoroughly.
Store in an airtight container and store in a cool, dark place for up to a year.
