5 ounces each

Cajun seasoning
Instructions
Position oven rack 6 inches below broiler. Pre-heat broiler to 500°F.
Season corvina fillets with Cajun seasoning, or whatever seasoning you prefer.
Place seasoned fish on parchment-lined baking sheet and slide into the oven.
Broil fish for 6 - 8 minutes. Remove from oven and let fish cool slightly on sheet pan for 2 - 3 minutes before serving.
Notes
This recipe can easily be double, tripled, etc. Cooking time will not vary, just increase the amounts as needed.
