Season chicken with remaining salt and pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Grill chicken for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through. Add peaches to the grill when you flip the chicken.
When you have 2 - 3 minutes left, brush the glaze onto the chicken. Keep an eye on it, as the sugar can cause it to burn!
Remove chicken and peaches from the grill and serve with fresh tomatoes, basil and mozzarella, if desired.

Notes
Do not be tempted to oil chicken liberally. This causes flare ups on the grill and your chicken will be sooty. Use the smallest amount of oil possible. The chicken will naturally release when it is ready.
