Strawberry Cherry Wine Spritzer

Sauvignon blanc wine spritzer cocktail with fresh strawberries and cherries.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle white wine such as sauvignon blanc, chilled
  • 1 liter club soda
  • 1 bottle pure cherry juice 32 oz
  • 1 pint strawberries hulled and sliced
  • 1 pint cherries pitted

Instructions

  • Fill a glass with ice. Add 3 ounces white wine, 1 ounce of club soda and 1 ounce of cherry juice. Stir.
  • Add slices of strawberries and a few fresh cherries to each glass.
  • Garnish with skewered cherries and strawberries, if desired.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust amounts to suit your personal tastes. Use more or less wine, soda or cherry juice to make it as sweet or as strong as you like.
